HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
We aim to dispatch all orders with 1-2 working days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes two working days with Royal Mail Tracked 48
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
At this time, we only ship within the UK. We hope to offer international delivery in the future - sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know when we do.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
We offer free UK shipping with Royal Mail Tracked 48 for all orders over £60. For orders under this value, shipping costs £3.99.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us at info@listedjewellery.com as soon as possible. We'll do our best to help, but once an order has been dispatched we're unable to make changes or cancellations.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
DO YOU ACCEPT FOR RETURNS?
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on any earrings.
WHAT IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY OR DAMAGED?
We quality check every item and photograph it prior to dispatch to ensure it leaves in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that your item is faulty or damaged, please email us at info@listedjewellery.com within 7 days of receipt.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM?
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges on any items, unless faulty.

WHAT MATERIALS ARE YOUR PIECES MADE FROM?
Our gold-plated jewellery is crafted with a tough 316L Stainless Steel core and finished with a premium Gold PVD-coating.
WILL MY JEWELLERY TARNISH?
Our pieces are designed to be;
- Waterproof & sweatproof
- Anti-tarnish
- Scratch-resistant
However, all jewellery should be care for properly to maintain its appearance. We recommend avoiding contact with perfumes and lotions in order to prolong the life of your jewellery.
HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY JEWELLERY?
Store your pieces in a dry place, ideally in the original packaging or a soft pouch. Avoid exposing them to perfume, lotions or harsh chemicals and wipe them gently with a soft cloth after wearing.
